I’ve tried so many meal plans, but this is the first one I’ve genuinely stuck to. The recipes are simple and actually taste good, and they’ve helped me hit my protein target without any hassle. I feel stronger and have more energy without feeling like I’m on a diet. Would definitely recommend!
